SHIPPING & TRACKING INFORMATION

Our current turnaround time 1-3 business days, plus 3-5 business days to be delivered. Please know that once an item has been shipped it’s out of our hands and all updates to your package will be notified to you on your tracking number.

 

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

Seller is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was DELIVERED to the address you provided and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS. We recommend adding shipping insurance upon checking out.
